What is the Sales Accelerator?
A structured 12-week programme combining sales training, mentoring, coaching and live commercial activity.
Who can join?
School, college and university leavers, graduates, career changers, unemployed professionals, aspiring salespeople and early-stage founders. Previous sales experience is not always required.
Is it suitable for graduates?
Yes. It helps graduates build practical commercial experience, confidence, CRM knowledge and sales capability.
Is it suitable for someone entering sales?
Yes. Participants learn prospecting, cold calling, outreach, objection handling, qualification, meeting booking and pipeline management.
Can it help me launch a business?
Yes. Founders learn how to identify customers, communicate value, contact prospects, test messaging and generate opportunities.
How much time must I commit?
A minimum of 20 hours per week. Applicants unable to commit 20 hours will not be considered.
What is the application process?
Online application, initial review, interview, possible practical task or roleplay, then a programme offer. Selection is based on commitment, communication, coachability and ambition.
Who is it for?
People who want real sales experience, are open to coaching, can handle feedback and are prepared to work consistently.
Who is it not for?
People seeking passive learning, guaranteed income, guaranteed employment, or those unwilling to make calls, use CRM systems or commit 20 hours per week.
Can I earn money?
Yes, there may be commission opportunities through approved campaigns — meeting payments, referral fees, sales commission or performance incentives. Potential earnings may range from £300 to £1,000 per deal or per month, depending on the campaign and performance. Earnings are not guaranteed.
Is employment guaranteed?
No. Successful participants may be considered for placements, client roles, further programmes or commercial projects.
Will I receive a certificate?
Participants who successfully complete the programme requirements may receive a Prospect Leaders completion certificate. It is not externally accredited.
Will I make real sales calls?
Yes. Participants may make calls, send outreach, research prospects and update CRM systems as part of approved campaigns.
What happens after 12 weeks?
Participants may progress into employment, further programmes, client projects, entrepreneurship, mentoring or cohort leadership.
