I created Prospect Leaders around a simple belief:
Every Leader Starts As A Prospect.
My own journey started in sales at the age of 19, where I discovered that selling is far more than generating revenue. It builds confidence, resilience, communication, leadership and the ability to create opportunities for yourself and others.
At 26, I founded my first business. Since then, I have built and scaled multiple businesses across recruitment, technology, education, transport and professional services, generating more than £10 million in sales over five years for my own businesses.
Along the way, I have hired, trained and developed hundreds of people, building sales teams from the ground up and helping individuals from a wide range of backgrounds unlock careers they never thought possible. I've had the privilege of nurturing school leavers from having no commercial experience to confidently closing £20,000+ deals, while mentoring sales professionals who have gone on to build successful careers around the world.
Throughout that journey, I kept seeing the same challenge. Businesses struggled to find motivated, capable people with real-world experience, while ambitious individuals struggled to get their first opportunity because they lacked the experience employers expected.
Prospect Leaders was created to bridge that gap.
